Introduction

In a rapidly changing world, where migration, labor rights, and climate change are increasingly interconnected, the Institute for Human Rights & Business (IHRB) is seeking a visionary leader to guide its impactful initiatives. The Head of Projects – Migration is far more than a project management role—it is a unique opportunity to shape global strategy, foster high-level partnerships, and drive meaningful change on issues that affect millions worldwide.

About IHRB

IHRB is an internationally recognized think tank that bridges the worlds of business and human rights. Its mission is to influence policy, drive high-impact practice, and ensure that respect for human rights becomes embedded in everyday business operations. By working with companies, governments, civil society, and investors, IHRB addresses complex challenges at the intersection of commerce, labor, and ethics, shaping practices that have global repercussions.

Why This Role Matters

The Head of Projects – Migration will lead a strategic portfolio that brings together IHRB’s work on responsible recruitment, labor rights programming in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), and emerging initiatives in climate adaptation and migration.
