Job Overview: Chief Executive Officer – WV Mongolia

World Vision is currently seeking a dynamic and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its national office in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. This is a full-time, fixed-term leadership role designed for a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational leadership, development programming, and stakeholder engagement.

The CEO will provide strategic direction, oversee operations, and ensure the delivery of impactful and sustainable programs that improve child well-being across Mongolia. As the senior-most leader in the country office, the CEO will also represent World Vision at both national and global levels, strengthening partnerships and driving innovation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Driving Child Well-Being Outcomes
