1. Programme Coordination and Management

• Collaborate with the IOC Project Office leadership and the OBIS Programme Specialist to establish technical programme goals, activity plans, budget proposals, and performance indicators.

Qualifications and Experience Required

Education

• Advanced university degree (Master’s or equivalent) in information technology, computer science, environmental sciences, marine sciences, biological sciences, or related fields.
• A PhD in a relevant field is considered an asset.

Work Experience

• Minimum of four years of progressively responsible experience in data informatics or a related area, including two years at the international level.
• Experience in IT web-enabled scientific database development and management.
