Key Responsibilities

1. Coordination of the National Statistical System

The consultant will lead efforts to improve coordination across Rwanda’s statistical ecosystem. This includes conducting a comprehensive assessment of existing coordination mechanisms, identifying gaps, and proposing actionable solutions.

You will support the development and alignment of Sector Strategic Plans for Statistics (SSPs) with the National Strategy for the Development of Statistics (NSDS). Applicants must have at least seven years of professional experience in official statistics, particularly within a National Statistical Office or a similar institution. Language Requirements

Fluency in English is mandatory for this role. Knowledge of French is highly desirable, while familiarity with Kinyarwanda is considered an added advantage.
