This role is based in UNIDO’s Sub-Regional Office (SRO) in Thailand, which plays a vital role in implementing development projects across Thailand and neighboring countries. As a Programme Assistant, you will operate within a multicultural and collaborative environment, contributing to the coordination and execution of technical cooperation (TC) projects. Key Responsibilities

Administrative and Logistical Support

  • Organizing meetings, workshops, training sessions, and study tours
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and logistics for staff and consultants
  • Supporting onboarding processes for new project personnel

Financial and Budget Monitoring

  • Tracking project budgets, disbursements, and commitments
  • Assisting in budget revisions, reporting, and financial compliance
  • Monitoring expenditures and identifying potential issues

Project and Operational Support

  • Preparing and compiling documents using SAP and other systems
  • Managing procurement processes and travel claims
  • Supporting recruitment, visa processing, and administrative workflows

Data and Documentation Management

Team Collaboration

Requirements and Qualifications
