Role Overview: Senior Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis

The External Relations (ER) department at IRC focuses on fundraising, marketing, communications, and advocacy. Its mission is to mobilize resources, influence policies, and grow the IRC brand globally. Supporting this mission is the FP&A team, which serves as a strategic finance partner, driving revenue modeling, budgeting, and insightful analysis to inform key organizational decisions.

This role reports to the ER Business Operations and Analytics unit and works closely with the broader finance organization.
