Job Purpose
The Procurement Analyst will ensure the efficient and transparent delivery of procurement services in line with UNDP rules and regulations. The role supports the implementation of recovery projects by managing procurement processes and ensuring compliance, accountability, and value for money.

Key Responsibilities
Operational Strategy Implementation
- Ensure full compliance with UNDP procurement policies and procedures
- Maintain strong internal control systems
- Support implementation of procurement strategies
Procurement Process Management
- Prepare and monitor procurement plans
- Manage bidding processes such as RFQs, ITBs, and RFPs
- Evaluate proposals and negotiate contracts
- Create purchase orders and vendor profiles
- Prepare submissions for procurement committees
Additional responsibilities include coordinating tender processes, preparing evaluation reports, reviewing technical documents, and managing contract systems.
