This is a full-time, remote position open to candidates based in RI countries of operation, offered on an initial 12-month fixed-term contract with the possibility of extension.

About the Opportunity
The Supply Chain Systems Specialist will lead the implementation, rollout, and ongoing support of RI’s new Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Inventory, and Asset Management systems across all country programs.
This includes:
- Implementing and configuring Oracle NetSuite Supply Chain modules
- Integrating supply chain modules into RI’s NetSuite finance system
- Supporting the pilot and scaling of a third-party medical inventory management system (IMC PIMS)
- Automating relevant Supply Chain and Operations forms using Microsoft tools
- Strengthening system-driven efficiency across the organization
System implementation support will primarily be remote, with up to 30% travel to RI countries where budgets and security allow.
This is a highly strategic role that bridges technology, supply chain operations, and humanitarian delivery.
Key Responsibilities
As the Supply Chain Systems Specialist, you will:
Lead System Implementation & Integration
- Configure, test, pilot, and integrate NetSuite Supply Chain modules, including Procure-to-Pay, Inventory, and Assets.
- Lead the pilot phase of the IMC PIMS medical inventory system and support its scaling.
- Ensure seamless integration between inventory systems and NetSuite finance modules.
Manage Data & System Integrity
- Oversee data collection, cleansing, migration, and system-level setup (users, warehouses, suppliers, products, workflows).
- Maintain dashboards, reports, and system documentation.
Drive Global Rollout
- Lead training, configuration, go-lives, and post-implementation support across RI country programs.
- Coordinate stakeholders to manage risks and align expectations.
- Establish and oversee 1st–3rd line support structures.
- Act as focal point for external support partners.
Strengthen Processes
- Review global and local supply chain practices.
- Support updates to policies and processes.
- Embed cross-functional collaboration across departments.
Support Emergency Response
- Provide operational support during emergency responses, including deployment if required.

What Relief International Is Looking For
To succeed in this role, you should bring:
Essential Experience
- Significant experience implementing Oracle NetSuite Procure-to-Pay or similar global ERP P2P systems across multiple countries.
- Proven experience implementing global inventory management solutions.
- Strong project management skills (documentation, stakeholder engagement, risk management, training, budgeting).
- Technical understanding of procurement and inventory systems.
Technical & Professional Skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Teams, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience designing and delivering trainings.
- Ability to motivate and support remote teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Additional Advantages
- Experience in humanitarian supply chain and logistics.
- Working knowledge of French and/or Arabic (English required).
