About the Role

The Senior Manager, Programs and Delivery will work closely with the Managing Director to ensure smooth operational systems, strong program delivery, and effective coordination across CSP’s workstreams.

This role is ideal for someone who is equally comfortable engaging with nonprofit leaders and managing project dashboards. The successful candidate will play a central role in ensuring that no organization, consultant, or opportunity is neglected due to operational gaps.

Since CSP operates with a lean and intentional structure, the role requires someone proactive, detail-oriented, and deeply committed to values-driven work.

Key Responsibilities

Systems and Operations Management

The selected candidate will oversee CSP’s operational and project management systems. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate tracking systems, monitoring organizational relationships, and ensuring tools such as Monday.com and Typeform remain updated and functional.

The role also involves improving workflows and supporting efficient coordination across active projects.

Consultant and Service Provider Coordination

Another important aspect of the position is coordinating CSP’s roster of consultants and service providers. This includes assisting with onboarding processes, tracking level-of-effort allocations, managing consultant communications, and supporting invoices and payments.

The Senior Manager will help ensure that consultants experience a supportive, organized, and transparent engagement process from start to finish.

Program Delivery Support

The role also supports the implementation of workshops, cohorts, and one-on-one accompaniment programs. Tasks include participant communication, logistics coordination, and ensuring a consistent and professional delivery experience across all CSP engagement formats.

The Senior Manager will also act as an operations contact point for organizations entering CSP’s support process.

Documentation and Knowledge Management

CSP values learning and adaptation, meaning strong documentation practices are essential. The successful candidate will maintain internal records, capture meeting outputs, and support the development of templates, tools, and guidance materials as the initiative evolves.

Coordination with founding partner organizations for reporting and shared activities will also form part of the role.

Qualifications and Experience

Applicants should have formal project management training and recent hands-on operational experience. Strong technical knowledge of platforms like Monday.com is highly preferred, especially the ability to build systems, troubleshoot challenges, and train others.

Candidates should also possess:

  • 6–10 years of experience in nonprofits, philanthropy, civil society, or international development
  • Strong organizational and decision-making skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Cross-cultural communication skills and emotional intelligence
  • Lived experience or strong proximity to majority-world contexts

Remote Work Structure

This position is fully remote, although the working relationship will primarily align with the Central European time zone. Some travel may occasionally be required for workshops, convenings, and partner engagement activities.

The role sits within Accountability Lab’s organizational structure while being funded directly through CSP.
