Role Overview

The Junior Research Consultant role is designed for professionals at the early stages of their research careers who are ready to work in a fast-paced, intellectually demanding international environment. Key Responsibilities

Junior Research Consultants will support the research, drafting, and editorial processes of the Global Education Monitoring Report. Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting qualitative and quantitative research on global and regional education themes
  • Preparing background papers, literature reviews, and analytical summaries
  • Drafting sections of global and regional reports, including thematic boxes and case studies
  • Supporting the preparation of PEER country profiles, concise analytical summaries that examine national education contexts in relation to global themes
  • Ensuring accuracy through fact-checking, referencing, and data validation
  • Assisting with editorial revisions and alignment with report standards
  • Collaborating with communications and outreach teams to support dissemination and advocacy activities

Required Qualifications and Experience
