Role Overview
The Director of Resources, Systems and Culture is a core member of ADD International’s senior leadership team. Reporting to the Executive Director, the role is responsible for leading the organisation’s operational functions and ensuring that people, finance, systems, and governance effectively support its long-term strategy.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will lead and manage the Resources, Systems and Culture team, which includes senior professionals across finance, human resources, safeguarding, and operations. Contract and Benefits

The salary is equivalent to USD 94,857 per year, adjusted to local currency depending on location.
