About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Employment Services

The specialist supports clients in preparing for and securing employment through:

  • Conducting employability assessments and program orientations
  • Developing individualized employment and budget plans
  • Providing job readiness training and job search assistance
  • Building partnerships with local employers and staffing agencies
  • Coordinating job placements and offering post-placement support
  • Tracking client progress, wages, and job retention outcomes
  • Maintaining accurate and timely case documentation
