Minimum Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
• At least 8 years of experience in:
  • New Product Introduction (NPI) or supply chain
  • Manufacturing or operations management
  • Operations development or engineering
• Proven experience across the full product lifecycle—from prototype to mass production to end-of-life

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Research, or related fields
• 15+ years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or operations leadership
