Legal Officer Job Description
The Legal Officer will support AECF’s Legal Unit by providing strategic legal advice, ensuring legal compliance, drafting commercial contracts, managing legal documentation, and advising project teams on regulatory matters.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Legal & Company Secretary to strengthen legal operations across multiple African jurisdictions.

Legal Officer Duties and Responsibilities
The successful Legal Officer will:
- Provide legal advisory services across the organization.
- Draft and negotiate commercial contracts and funding agreements.
