The Data & Compliance Supervisor is responsible for leading and supporting a team involved in data management and compliance activities. This includes onboarding new staff, delivering training, monitoring performance, and ensuring consistent application of data and compliance standards across programs.

A major responsibility of this role is overseeing grant compliance throughout the grant lifecycle. This includes managing grant opening, mid-cycle reviews, and close-out processes while ensuring all documentation is accurate, complete, and audit-ready. The supervisor provides guidance to program teams on donor regulations, reporting timelines, and internal compliance policies.

Data quality is a core focus of this position. The supervisor leads quality control and quality assurance processes to ensure accurate data collection, entry, storage, and reporting. They are responsible for identifying data gaps, resolving inconsistencies, and strengthening data systems to support program monitoring and evaluation.

The role also involves preparing and reviewing data reports that support internal decision-making, donor reporting, and program improvement. These reports help leadership assess program performance and ensure services are delivered effectively and efficiently.
