Position Overview: ICT Specialist
The ICT Specialist manages and organizes ICT systems and services in the assigned location. The role involves supporting the ICT Coordinator and/or ICT Manager in designing and installing ICT infrastructure, as well as setting up and monitoring small to medium computer and communication systems.
This position plays a critical role in ensuring smooth workplace services and second-level user support at the local or country level. From infrastructure deployment to cybersecurity enforcement, the ICT Specialist ensures that the organization’s digital backbone remains strong and resilient.

Key Responsibilities
The ICT Specialist will handle a wide range of technical and operational duties, including:
- Managing and maintaining ICT and telecom systems, infrastructure, and networks in line with global and local policies

Required Qualifications
To qualify for this role, candidates must have:
- A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in IT, electronics, computer science, or a related field
- Very good ICT technical knowledge
- Strong command of English and/or French

Professional Experience
