Job Overview
- Position: Coordinator – Communications
- Location: Delhi, India
- Working Hours: 40 hours per week (full-time)
- Salary: INR 75,000–1,50,000 per month

The successful candidate will lead it’s internal and external communications efforts, ensuring that the organization’s feminist values are reflected across digital platforms, publications, and events.
Key Responsibilities
Communications Strategy
The Coordinator will implement it’s communication strategy and visual identity across reports, newsletters, publications, invitations, and campaign materials.
Social Media Management
You will manage CREA’s presence on platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and X (formerly Twitter), creating engaging content and growing digital partnerships.
Website Management
The role involves updating it’s websites and microsites, developing program content, and improving online storytelling.
Event Communications
You will support workshops, conferences, and campaigns by designing banners, standees, backdrops, and reports.
Reporting and Archiving
The Coordinator will maintain communication archives and support donor reporting.

Required Qualifications
Applicants should have:
- A graduate degree (Master’s preferred) in communications, journalism, social sciences, development, or a related field
- 8–10 years of relevant experience in NGOs, INGOs, or international development organizations
- Excellent English writing skills
- Fluency in Hindi (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud
- Experience managing social media and websites
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
