About the Data Analytics & ERP Consultant Role

The Relief International Data Analytics & ERP Consultant will work with the Awards Management Unit (AMU).

The Awards Management Unit manages awards and partnerships throughout the grant lifecycle, including pre-award review, contracting, modifications, compliance reporting, and close-out.

The unit also oversees partner and sub-award processes, including:

  • Partner due diligence
  • Sub-grant agreements
  • Partner performance
  • Prime award compliance
  • Donor reporting
  • Risk assessment
  • Cost contribution tracking

Relief International is updating its NetSuite Partnerships Module, which is intended to become the system of record for award and partner data.

The consultant will help strengthen reporting during this transition and prepare data structures and reporting logic that can continue into the new system.

What Will the Relief International Consultant Do?

The successful Data Analytics & ERP Consultant will be responsible for several important areas.

1. Data Consolidation & Management

The consultant will:

  • Review existing country-office award matrices.
  • Identify data inconsistencies, duplication, and gaps.
  • Design and maintain a consolidated master dataset.
  • Manage award, sub-award, and partner information.
  • Establish data version-control processes.
  • Develop standard data submission templates.
  • Establish data validation and quality-assurance processes.
  • Design a database for collecting country-office KPIs.
  • Support the visualization and management of collected data.

2. Power BI Dashboard Development

A major responsibility of the Relief International Data Analytics & ERP Consultant will be developing and maintaining reporting dashboards.
